Moody’s rates Filtration loans B3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned B3 ratings to Filtration Group Corp.’s expected senior secured first-lien revolving credit facility and $600 million term loan add-on.

Concurrently, the agency affirmed Filtration’s B3 ratings, including the rating on the senior secured first-lien bank credit facility.

Filtration will use the term loan to acquire Columbus Industries, Inc. for about $600 million.

The outlook remains stable.
