Two Fifth Third value funds drop Scott Richter from management team

San Diego, Jan. 17 - The Fifth Third All Cap Value Fund and the Fifth Third Disciplined Large Cap Value Fund have dropped Scott G. Richter from the funds' portfolio management team, effective Jan. 13.

Peter M. Klein has been added to the portfolio management team of the Disciplined Large Cap Value Fund, which consists of Mary Jane Matts, the portfolio manager, and Ted Y. Moore. Klein's appointment was effective Jan. 13.

Klein is the portfolio manager of the All Cap Value Fund, for which he is assisted by Matts and Moore.

The funds' investment adviser is Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Asset Management, Inc.
