New Issue: UBS prices $1.1 million capped buffer securities on stock basket

Detroit, Dec. 21 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.1 million of 0% capped buffer securities due Dec. 20, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket of three stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The stocks are Fifth Third Bancorp, PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Truist Financial Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,470 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15%. If the basket declines more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 15%.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
