Company offers common shares at $6.65 apiece to multiple investors

Knoxville, Tenn., May 31 - Fidelity Southern Corp. settled a $14.41 million private placement of stock with 11 investors on May 27, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2,167,166 common shares at $6.65 apiece. The per-share price represents a 4.59% discount to the May 26 closing share price of $6.97.
Based in Atlanta, Fidelity Southern is a bank holding company.
