Fidelity Overseas Fund taps Vincent Montemaggiore to manage portfolio

San Diego, March 6 - The Fidelity Overseas Fund announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that Vincent Montemaggiore is the portfolio manager of the fund, effective January 2012.

Boston-based Fidelity Management & Research Co. is the fund's investment manager.
