Fidelity New Jersey AMT Tax-Free Money Market ups service class fees

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, March 26 - The Fidelity New Jersey AMT Tax-Free Money Market Fund has modified its operating expenses, resulting in total annual expenses of 0.45% instead of 0.24%, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The fee increase applies to the fund's service class shares.

The increase came about because the fund's investment adviser, Boston-based Fidelity Management & Research Co., dropped the amount of fees it is waiving to 0.05% from 0.26% of the fund's average net assets.

Fidelity is still maintaining the terms of its expense reimbursement agreement with the fund. The agreement states that the adviser will reimburse the fund as necessary to limit total operating expenses, excluding interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses and acquired fund fees and expenses, if any, to 0.45% of its average net assets.
