Two Fidelity Large Cap Growth funds name Kelley as portfolio manager

San Diego, Feb. 2 - The Fidelity Large Cap Growth Fund and the Fidelity Advisors Large Cap Growth Fund announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission the appointment of Daniel Kelley as a portfolio manager to the funds.

Kelley joined Fidelity Investments in 2005 and, since then, has worked as an equity research analyst and portfolio manager for other Fidelity funds.

Jeffrey Feingold is no longer a portfolio manager to the funds.

Boston-based FMR LLC is the funds' investment adviser.
