Fidelity Income Replacement 2016 fund shares no longer available

Minneapolis, Jan. 27 - Fidelity Income Fund announced that effective Jan. 31, class A, class T and class C shares of Fidelity Advisor Income Replacement 2016 Fund will no longer be available for purchase except through the reinvestment of dividends and other distributions.

Additionally, institutional class shares of the fund will no longer be available for purchase except through the reinvestment of dividends and other distributions, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund's investment adviser is Boston-based Fidelity Management & Research Co.
