By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Nov. 30 – Fibra Uno set talk for a $500 million offering of 10-year notes (expected ratings: Baa2//BBB) in the Treasuries plus 312.5 basis points area, a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, HSBC and Santander are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of additional properties and the repayment of debt.

The notes will include a make-whole call and a three-month par call.

Fibra Uno acquires, develops and operates commercial real estate in Mexico.
