Mexico's Fibra Uno to carry out follow-on public offering of CBFIs

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 27 - Fibra Uno plans to carry out a global public offering of certificados bursatiles fiduciarios inmobiliarios, according to a press release.

In the international markets, the global joint lead coordinator is Credit Suisse, and Protego Asesores S de RL is the structuring agent.

The lead bookrunner and global coordinator is Casa de Bolsa Santander SA de CV Grupo Financiero Santander.

The joint global coordinator and lead bookrunner for the Mexican phase is Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer SA de CV Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer.

Casa de Bolsa Actinver SA de SV is co-lead bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used to finance acquisitions.

The public offering will take place in the United States via Rule 144A and in other countries via Regulation S in other countries, while it will take place in Mexico via the BMV.

Fibra Uno acquires, develops and operates commercial real estate in Mexico.
