Aspen Capital Partners discloses stake of 6.5% in FiberTower

Philadelphia, Nov. 18 - Aspen Capital Partners, LP reported an equity investment of 6.5% in FiberTower Corp. as of Nov. 18, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor's holdings represent a passive stake of 9,725,408 shares.

FiberTower is an Iselin, N.J.-based provider of backhaul and access services to communications companies.
