New York, July 22 - FiberNet Telecom Group Inc. amended its credit facility, once again extending the date by which the company must issue a minimum of $6.5 million securities - this time to Aug. 23 from July 22, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Previously, the deadline date had been extended to July 15 from June 23 and then to July 22 from July 15.

Deutsche Bank is the administrative agent on the loan.
