Peru’s Ferreycorp gets early tenders for $206.26 million 4 7/8% notes

Chicago, June 9 – Ferreycorp SAA said investors had tendered $206.26 million principal amount, or 73.06%, of its $282,333,000 outstanding 4 7/8% senior guaranteed notes due 2020 as of 5 p.m. ET on June 8, the early tender date.

As announced May 25, the company was offering to purchase up to $100 million principal amount of the 4 7/8% notes until 11:59 p.m. ET on June 22.

Ferreycorp increased the offer cap to $120 million and plans to accept the tendered notes on a prorated basis, according to a company update.

Tendered notes may no longer be withdrawn, as of the early deadline.

The total purchase price is $1,022.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes tendered by the early deadline, which includes an early tender premium of $30.00 for each $1,000 of notes.

The company will also pay accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date.
