S&P affirms Ferreycorp

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BB+ global scale corporate credit rating on Ferreycorp SAA and affirmed the BB+ issue-level rating on Ferreycorp's $300 million senior unsecured notes due 2020.

The outlook is stable.

The rating affirmation reflects an assessment of Ferreycorp's "fair" business risk profile, "significant" financial risk profile and "adequate" liquidity position, S&P said in a news release.
