Ferrellgas refinances bank debt with new $330 million facility

New York, April 25 - Ferrellgas Partners, LP said it refinanced its bank loans with a new $330 million credit facility.

Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. were co-lead arrangers on the new facility. The syndicate was made up of 12 banks, the 10 lenders on the old loan and two additional institutions.

The new facility matures in April 2010.

The Overland Park, Kan., propane gas distributor obtained the old $307.5 million facility in December 2002.
