Ferrellgas Partners to repay bank debt with common units proceeds

New York. July 28 - Ferrellgas Partners LP plans to reduce borrowings outstanding under the credit facility of its operating partnership, Ferrellgas LP, with proceeds from a proposed 2.5 million common units sale, according to a company news release.

Ferrellgas is a Liberty, Mo., propane company.
