Ferrellgas to repay some revolver borrowings with notes proceeds

New York, Sept. 9 - Ferrellgas LP plans to reduce outstanding debt under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility using proceeds from a $300 million senior notes offering, according to a news release.

Remaining proceeds will be used to prepay the company's $82 million of 7.24% senior notes and $70 million of 7.42% senior notes.

Ferrellgas is an Overland Park, Kan.-based distributor of propane and related equipment and supplies.
