Ferrellgas to draw on unsecured facility for senior notes payments

New York, June 5 - Ferrellgas Partners LP plans to use borrowings under its unsecured credit facility due April 2010 to fund scheduled principal payments of $73 million on its 8.87% series C senior notes, according to a 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Ferrelgas is an Overland Park, Kan.-based distributor of propane and related equipment and supplies.
