Ferrellgas to repay revolver debt with notes proceeds

New York, June 25 - Ferrellgas LP plans on repaying borrowings under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility using proceeds from the private placement of $250 million of 6¾% senior notes, according to a news release.

Ferrellgas is an Overland Park, Kan.-based distributor of propane and related equipment and supplies.
