Washington, Feb. 16 - Fermiscan Holdings Ltd. secured A$22.5 million from a private placement of shares.
The company agreed to sell 15 million ordinary shares to Australian and international institutions and professional and sophisticated investors at A$1.50 per share.
Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures, market development and working capital.
Fermiscan is a Sydney, Australia-based company focused on breast cancer detection.
