S&P: Fenwal outlook stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Fenwal Inc. to stable from negative and affirmed its B corporate credit rating.

The company generated positive cash flow from operations in the second quarter of 2010, despite economic headwinds that have reduced demand for blood products, according to the agency.

The outlook reflects Fenwal's improved ability to meet its financial obligations over the coming year, the agency added.
