S&P pulls Fender from watch

S&P said it affirmed Fender Musical Instruments Corp.’s ratings, including its B issuer rating, and removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications. The agency put them under watch on April 6.

Fender reported operating results for the second quarter that significantly exceeded S&P’s forecast, the agency said.

The outlook is stable.
