By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 8.15% autocallable yield notes due Nov. 27, 2020 linked to the common stock of FedEx Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable quarterly.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Nov. 14.

The Cusip number is 48132FJ80.
