Buffalo, N.Y., July 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.34 million of phoenix autocallable notes due July 3, 2025 linked to the performance of FedEx Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 10.75% if the stock closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on a related observation date.
The notes will be called at par plus contingent coupon if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after six months.
If the notes are not called and the stock finishes at or above its final barrier price, 70% of its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the stock’s decline from its initial level, payable as a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price or the cash equivalent at the issuer’s option.
