New Issue: TD Bank prices $1 million callable contingent interest barrier notes on three stocks

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., July 6 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.16 million of callable contingent interest barrier notes due July 5, 2024 linked to the common stocks of Dollar General Corp., FedEx Corp. and PayPal Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly interest payment at the rate of 13.3% per year if each stock closes at or above its coupon barrier price, 70% of its initial share price, on the observation date for that period.

The notes may be called at par plus any coupon on any quarterly observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the least performing stock finishes below its barrier price, 65% of its initial share price, in which case investors will receive a number of shares of the laggard stock equal to its physical delivery amount.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
