New Issue: UBS prices $1.53 million 8.5% trigger autocallable yield notes on FedEx

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 1 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.53 million of 8.5% trigger autocallable yield notes due July 27, 2022 linked to the common stock of FedEx Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par plus accrued interest if the shares close at or above the initial share price on any quarterly observation date after six months.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final price of the stock is less than 70% of the initial share price, in which case investors will receive 3.9358 FedEx shares or the cash equivalent.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
