Federated Capital Income Fund II to change name Dec. 2

San Diego, Nov. 3 - Federated Capital Income Fund II will change its name to Federated Managed Volatility Fund II effective Dec. 2, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund's investment adviser is Pittsburgh-based Federated Equity Management Co. of Pennsylvania.
