Federal-Mogul sells $150 million of shares through private placement

IEH FM Holdings purchases 19,108,280 common shares at $7.85 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 3 - Federal-Mogul Corp. negotiated a $150 million private placement of stock with IEH FM Holdings LLC on Dec. 3, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 19,108,280 common shares at $7.85 per share, which is a 0.13% discount to the Nov. 30 closing share price of $7.86.

Federal-Mogul is a Southfield, Mich., auto parts manufacturer.
