New Issue: FHLB upsizes to $105 million 10-year non-call 0.5-year notes at 3.85%

New York, June 8 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $105 million its sale of 3.85% 10-year non-call 0.5-year notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 23, 2021 and are callable beginning Dec. 23.

FHLB originally priced $30 million of the issue.

Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Incapital are the managers.
