New Issue: FHLB upsizes to $287.5 million one-year non-callable notes at 0.25%

New York, May 25 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $287.5 million its sale of 0.25% one-year non-callable notes at 99.998004, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on May 23, 2012.

FHLB originally priced $186 million of the issue.

First Tennessee, Wells Fargo Securities, JPMorgan and RBS Securities are the managers.
