New York, May 12 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $80 million its sale of 3.95% 9.5-year non-call 0.25-year notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Dec. 9, 2020 and are callable beginning Sept. 9.
FHLB originally priced $60 million of the issue.
Citigroup Global Markets is the manager.
