New Issue: FHLB prices $1.25 billion one-year non-call 0.25-year notes at 0.75%

New York, May 20 - Federal Home Loan Banks priced $1.25 billion of 0.75% one-year non-call 0.25-year notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on June 21, 2011 and are callable quarterly beginning Sept. 9.

JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are the managers.
