New York, April 16 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $150 million its sale of 1.2% two-year non-call 0.25-year notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on April 30, 2012 and are callable beginning July 30.
FHLB originally priced $100 million of the issue.
Morgan Stanley is the manager.
