New Issue: FHLB prices $100 million 2.25-year non-call 0.25-year notes at 1.45%

New York, April 14 - Federal Home Loan Banks priced $100 million of 1.45% 2.25-year non-call 0.25-year notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on July 30, 2012 and are callable beginning July 30.

Goldman Sachs and Bank of America are the managers.
