New Issue: FHLB upsizes 0.65% one-year callable notes to $1.25 billion

Tacoma, Wash., June 30 - FHLB priced an additional $250 million of 0.65% notes due July 28, 2010, bringing the issue size to $1.25 billion.

The notes priced at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds have a Bermudan call option starting Oct. 28, 2009.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., UBS Securities LLC, RBS Securities Inc. and JCI are the underwriters.

The issue will settle on July 28.
