New Issue: FHLB upsizes to $111 million seven-year non-callable notes at 3.5%

New York, Nov. 20 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $111 million its sale of 3.5% seven-year non-callable notes at 99.879473, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on Dec. 9, 2016.

FHLB originally priced $86 million of the issue.

Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are the managers.
