New York, Oct. 27 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $100 million its sale of 4% seven-year non-call 0.5-year notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Nov. 18, 2016 and are callable beginning May 18, 2010.
FHLB originally priced $40 million of the issue.
First Tennessee is the manager.
