FFCB's new three-year Designated Notes talked at 22.5 bps over Treasuries, to price Friday

Boston, Jan. 13 - Federal Farm Credit Banks plans to sell new three-year Designated Notes on Friday, talked at a spread of 22.5 basis points over Treasuries.

The size of the deal has not been set.

Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Jefferies & Co., Inc. are the lead managers.

The notes will be non-callable.
