FCS Software Solutions considers issuing $60 million in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., April 30 - FCS Software Solutions Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue up to $60 million of its foreign currency convertible bonds at an extraordinary general meeting on April 30.

The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

FCS Software Solutions is a Noida, India-based provider of information technology and IT-enabled services to clients in the United States.
