FCS Software Solutions mulls issuing equity-linked instruments

Knoxville, Tenn., May 23 - FCS Software Solutions Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will discuss plans to issue equity-linked instruments at a board of directors meeting on May 24.

FCS Software Solutions is a Noida, India-based provider of information technology and IT-enabled services to clients in the United States.
