New York, Sept. 14 - FC Banc Corp. has completed a private placement of stock for $2,108,288.

The company sold 72,400 shares at $29.12 each to accredited investors.

Based in Bucyrus, Ohio, FC Banc is a holding company for the Farmers Citizen Bank operating in northern and central Ohio.
