Fargo, N.D., plans $134.18 million sale of bonds for Sanford Health

New York, Jan. 10 - The City of Fargo, N.D., is expected to price $134.18 million of series 2011 health system revenue bonds for Sanford Health, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Cain Brothers as the underwriter.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2021 with a term bond due 2031.

Proceeds will be used to refund Sanford Health's series 1996A, 2000A and 2002A bonds.

Sanford Health operates hospitals and health care facilities in Fargo and Sioux Falls, S.D.
