Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 5 – Taiwan’s Far Eastern International Bank issued NT$2.9 billion of perpetual non-cumulative subordinated financial debentures at par with a fixed coupon of 3.2%, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.
The debentures are conditionally callable after five years.
The Taipei, Taiwan, bank intends to use proceeds to enhance its capital structure.
