Madison, Wis., Nov. 6 - Far Eastern International Bank said it issued NT$4 billion of seven-year subordinated bank debentures.
The bonds were issued at par with a coupon of 2.1%.
The Taipei, Taiwan-based bank announced in March that it planned to issue in 2013 NT$4 billion of subordinated bank debentures with maturities of two to 10 years.
Proceeds will be used to enhance operating capital and to prepare for future long-term loans and investments.
