Far East Horizon repurchases RMB 272.4 million of 4.7% notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 15 – Far East Horizon Ltd. repurchased RMB 272.4 million, or about 16.02%, of its original RMB 1.7 billion 4.7% notes due 2024 in the open market, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The Regulation S notes, priced in two parts in February 2021, were issued under the company’s $4 billion medium-term note and perpetual securities program.

The repurchased notes have not been canceled and may be held, reissued or resold.

The financial services provider is based in Hong Kong.
