King Talent completes redemption of $400 million capital securities

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 5 – King Talent Management Ltd. completed the full redemption of its $400 million guaranteed subordinated perpetual capital securities guaranteed by Far East Horizon Ltd. on Dec. 4, according to a company news release.

The redemption was at par plus any accrued distribution, including any arrears of distribution and additional distribution amount.

There are now no securities remaining in the issue, and the securities will be delisted from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. effective Dec. 12.

King Talent Management is based in Shanghai. Far East Horizon is a financial services provider based in Hong Kong.
