China’s Fantasia Holdings to price new notes offering on Monday

Los Angeles, Jan. 6 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. said it expects to price an offering of new notes on Monday.

Proceeds will be used to finance a concurrent tender offer for the company’s 8 3/8% senior notes due 2021.

Fantasia is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
