Los Angeles, July 19 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. issued $200 million of 12¼% notes due 2022 (B3/B) on Friday, according to a notice.
UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Ltd., BNP Paribas, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc are the lead managers and bookrunners.
Fantasia Holdings is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
