China’s Fantasia plans to offer dollar-denominated senior notes

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 28 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co. Ltd. is planning an international offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a company announcement.

Pricing will be determined through a bookbuilding exercise to be conducted by joint lead managers and joint bookrunners UBS, Guotai Junan International and Haitong International.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used to refinance existing debt.

Fantasia Holdings is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
