China’s Fantasia updates tally of recent buybacks of 2017, 2019 notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 2 – Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. has recently purchased a total of $21.1 million of its 10 5/8% senior notes due 2019 and $30.3 million of its 13¾% senior notes due 2017 in the open market.

After cancellation of the repurchased notes, $278.9 million of the 2019 notes and $219.7 million of the 2017 notes remain outstanding. The outstanding amounts represent 92.97% and 87.88% of the initial principal amounts, respectively.

Fantasia Holdings is a property development company based in Shenzhen, China.
